Dear Friends,
It was great being with you all in worship yesterday as we officially “kicked off” the fall season. We hope that many will re-establish the habit of attending worship after what can often be a sporadic summer. Habits are an amazing aspect of our lives. Believe it or not, you have many habits right now. Sometimes, we accidentally slip into habits…most of them are not very good for us. The good habits, it seems, especially at first, need to be established with determination and intentionality. Experts disagree on the # of times it takes to create a habit. Some say 21 times in a row. Others say 1-8 months. Whatever it is, I hope that you’ll all make a habit of attending our rehearsals on Wednesday nights and worship on Sunday mornings. We’ve gotten some great momentum this Fall and I don’t want to loose it! So, even if you have to miss due to work, kids or an illness, jump back in the next week. And, don’t forget who’s ALWAYS consistent day in and day out…our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. He’s always there for you! peace and love, Scott

I Am Always Available To You. Once you have trusted Me as yourSavior, I never distance Myself from you. Sometimes you may feeldistant from Me. Recognize that as feeling; do not confuse it withreality. The bible is full of My promises to be with you always. As Iassured Jacob, when he was journeying away from home into unknownplaces, I am with you and will watch over you wherever you go. My last recorded promise to My followers was: Surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age. Let these assurances of My continual Presence fill you with Joy andPeace. No Matter what you may lose in this life, you can never loseyour relationship with Me.
Isaiah 54:10 10Though the mountains be shaken and the hills be removed, yet myunfailing love for you will not be shaken “nor my covenant of peace beremoved,” says the LORD, who has compassion on you.
Genesis 28:15 15 I am with you and willwatch over you wherever you go, and I will bring you back to this land.I will not leave you until I have done what I have promised you.”
Matthew 28:20 20and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.”
