Ever get the feeling that you’re in a mental and spiritual tug-of-war? So many people and things constantly pulling at us, vying for our attention. Many of these attention grabbers are certainly necessary, but many are not. The media fills our minds with tons of messages that quite often are not healthy for our spiritual well being. It’s hard to avoid them completely, but when you turn your focus to Christ, during prayer time and throughout your busy day, all is in divine order.
