Dear Friends,
Thank you for your presence yesterday and for your heart-felt, spirit-filled singing and playing! I love that you all are adding to your personal stories by volunteering your time, talent and energy in the worship arts. What a testimony! Feel free to tell others how serving in this way blesses you and blesses others. David’s sermon was inspiring to me. It is truly in our daily living and in our daily choices that leads us on the path of righteousness or not. God’s plan is already in place. The story has already been written. What remains to be seen is what part you will play in the unfolding of God’s plan. It’s your choice. You have been given the freedom to choose the path you will follow here on earth as recorded in heaven for all of eternity. So, yes, you matter and your choices matter, each and every day. Thank you for spending the morning with me and your other brothers and sisters. Heaven was pleased I’m sure! And remember, do not be afraid. Peace be with you all until we meet again. Hugs and Love, Scott
p.s. keep all teachers, administrators, students and parents in your prayers. Talk about needing an “inner calm”….

Trust Me in the midst of a messy day. Your inner calm-your Peace in My Presence-need not be shaken by what is going on around you. Though you live in this temporal world, your innermost being is rooted and grounded in eternity. When you start to feel stressed, detach yourself from the disturbances around you. Instead of desperately striving to maintain order and control in your little world, relax and remember that circumstances cannot touch My Peace.
Seek My Face, and I will share My mind with you, opening your eyes to see things from My perspective. Do not let your heart be troubled, and do not be afraid. The Peace I give is sufficient for you.
John 16:33 33
“I have told you these things, so that in me you may have peace. In this world you will have trouble. But take heart! I have overcome the world.”
Psalm 105:4 4 Look to the LORD and his strength; seek his face always.
John 14:27 27Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid.
